I'm making a TTRPG system

After more than a year of letting this project rot in my notes, I've decided to release an alpha prototype of my own TTRPG system. It's free, if you have some spare time and nerdy friends, please try it out and let me know how it goes ;)
Some kind of logo / preview image I came up with today
Stitcher is my attempt at combining features and mechanics I like into a cohesive, simple set of rules for pen and paper or digital role-play. I also want to own my system in order to create content for it without worrying about ever changing licenses.
Stitcher is a turn based game. At the beginning of a new game, a Game Master (GM) sets the expectations for the game's themes, tones, and setting.
Players take turns describing the actions of their Playing Character (PC), while the GM reacts, directs entities, and narrates consequences. The GM can take extra turns to introduce a setting, or to narrate interludes, time skips, etc.
In Stitcher, players have to “stitch” together narrative and game elements to assemble dice rolls that can be used to overcome obstacles. On top of that, optional Mods could be “stitched” to the core game to expand and customize it with additional rules.
To play, only a good bunch of D6s and a way to take notes for the GM and players should be needed.
I want the core rules to allow for an easy set up with your friends at the pub with just an app to throw dice and another to take notes. The base setup is casual and relies on the narration of the GM, but Mods can add crunch and depth to the system. You'd need to think of a theme and story hook beforehand, the thing is setting agnostic. I also plan on expanding on this with a themed version centered around my fantasy worldbuilding project, Nuradan.
Principles:
Easy to pick up, easy to hack and expand upon
Setting agnostic, geared towards action and narrative
Narrative and fun > rules, with good rolling dice dopamine
Classless: characters can do what their equipment warrants, plus play-style
Simple D6 pools, with exploding dice
Dual axis of interpretation: mixed successes and failures
I plan on releasing updates and some basic Mods that would go alongside this Core System. However, it's important that the Core works before I start adding rules to it.
It's been lightly play-tested with no issues (so far), but due to my current workload as a freelancer this was risking to never see the light of day. If you could give it a read or even a try and let me know your thoughts, I'd be very grateful.
Stitcher is free to pick up on itch.io. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻
Please consider sharing the link to the project to your friends that play tabletop role-playing games, too.
